The present simple is used for a gewoonte (routine) or a fact (habits) or if something is (not) regularly.

In the regular case we mostly see these type of words:
 usually, often, always, never, sometimes 

Example : I always go to school by bike.

He , she and It -> The infinitive +s (es) --> SHIT

! IMPORTANT

SHIT RULE

if you see HE / SHE / OR IT
YOU ALWAYS NEED TO GET AN S or (es) with your verb!
