What are Pronouns?

Pronouns are words that replace nouns in a sentence. 

They make our language more efficient and avoid repetitive use of nouns.

Personal Pronouns

Personal pronouns refer to specific people or things. Examples include 'I', 'you', 'he', 'she', 'it', 'we', and 'they'.

Possessive Pronouns

Possessive pronouns show ownership or possession. Examples include 'mine', 'yours', 'his', 'hers', 'its', 'ours', and 'theirs'.

Using Personal Pronouns

Personal pronouns are used to talk about oneself or others. They help make sentences more concise and avoid repetition.

Using Possessive Pronouns

Possessive pronouns indicate ownership or possession. They replace nouns in a sentence to show who something belongs to.
