Een bijvoeglijk naamwoord gebruik je om iets of iemand 

te omschrijven. Een bijvoeglijk naamwoord wordt vaak gevolgd door een zelfstandig naamwoord.

De vraag hier is: WAT?

That is an amazing girl.  (Wat voor meisje?)

I think he is a terrible football player.

Adverb = bijwoord

Een bijwoord gebruik je om aan te geven HOE iemand iets doet. Een bijwoord omschrijft vaak een werkwoord

                                  hard - hard (hardly = nauwelijks)
