When do we use the present continuous?

1. I am playing hockey right now.

When do we use the present continuous?

1. when something is happening right now
2. when something is going to happen
3. when something has happened in the past
4. in the future

We use the present continuous when something is happening right now.

 present continuous: als iets nu gebeurt.

stap 1: kies een vorm van to be : 'am' , 'are' of 'is'
