How to handle baggage

When baggage is different..

a passenger receives this at the check-in and it is
very important
that he keeps this in a safe place in case of baggage problems

number of checked in pieces and weight

ask the passenger if they want to pay for the excess baggage

print claim tag and attach it to the suitcase
