Past simple/ present perfect
De verleden tijd (past simple) en de voltooid tegenwoordige tijd (present perfect) worden zowel in het Engels als Nederlands gebruikt. Maar er zijn verschillen.
 
Ik heb haar gisteren gezien. (voltooid tegenwoordige tijd)
I saw her yesterday. (past simple) Nooit: I have seen her yesterday. (present perfect)
