Subject: What's your e-mail about
Greeting: greet the person to whom you're sending the e-mail
Reason: why are you emailing them? 
Main text: the main message of your e-mail
Closing: what do you expect of the person e-mailing you?
Greeting: close your e-mail appropriately

Before you start writing (your test), make sure you know why you're writing and to whom.

- Always skip a line between paragraphs to make it nicer to read!
