Comparison: adverbs
To make a comparative form with an adverb we use more or less
more quickly (than) / less quickly (than)
more often (than) / less often (than)
Some forms are irregular, these are the same as the adjectives:
fast -> faster (than) / early -> earlier (than)

To make comparisons we can also use:
(not) as + adverb + as
the not usually goes with the verb
Martina can run as fast asSilvia.
Thom can't sing as well as Cal.
