When do you use the present simple?

1. When something happens always, never, regularly
2. With words like never, often, usually, sometimes
3. With facts
4. With words like while and when

Present simple

When something happens always, never or regularly, you use the present simple.

In the sentence you can see words like regularly, usually, hardly ever, always, often etc...

Present simple

I eat

He/She/It eats

We/You/They eat

I do - He/She/It does

I go- He/She/It goes

I have-He/She/It has

I am-He/She/It is-You are
