In week 17 we are going to test your knowledge of unit 6!

The test is about vocabulary, expressions and grammar.

When you have done the LessonUp lessons so far, it will be a matter of fine-tuning!

Follow the slides and you are close to perfect preparation!

Vocabulary

You have already studied studybox 1 till 5 and used the words in the exercises in All Right.

Grammar 2.1 

Regelmatige meervouden:

1:  "s" achter het zelfstandig naamwoord: cow -> cows

2: "es" als woord eindigt op sis-klank: box -> boxes

3 : "ies" als woord eindigt op -y: baby -> babies

4: -y blijft staan als woord eindigt op klinker+ -y: boy -> boys

5: "ves" als woord eindigt op -f: wolf -> wolves

Kijk op Textbook blz 101 en leer de onregelmatige meerwouden uit je hoofd!

Grammar 4.1 and 4.2

can = kan/kunnen

could = kon/zou kunnen (beleefde vraag)

to be able to = kan/in staat zijn

to be allowed to = mogen/toegestaan

have to = moeten (niet hoeven)

must = moeten (verplichting)

should = zou moeten (advies)
