  1. Go to Moodle and re-read case study 4:  Develop an Airport Infrastructure
  2. Read the case AND the background to the case
  3. Divide your roles and draw up an agenda
  4. Practice your role individually and /or in your group
  5. Find the word list on Moodle and determine which 5 words you can apply to case study 4.
  6. Go to the Language of Meetings on Moodle and select 5-7 phrases that you will use in your meetings.
