Past Continuous

Use: when something was happening at a certain moment in the past.

Form: + is/am/are + (verb+ing)

             - isn't/am not/aren't + (verb+ing)

             ? Is/Am/Are ... + (verb+ing) ?

Keywords: while, when.

Past Continuous

Exercise: how to correctly use the past continuous.

- Write two sentences about something you were doing yesterday/last week(end). 

- Use keyword 'while' in one sentence and keyword 'when' in the other. 

- Sentences are at least 6 words long.
