Conflict

The do's and the don'ts

Slide 1 - Diapositive

What is conflict
Conflict is a 'problem' we have with another person, it usually involves disagreements or differences that seems difficult to resolve.

What is consequences
Consequence is something that happens as a result of our actions.

This result can either be good or bad.

Slide 3 - Diapositive

Helpful or harmful reactions
Helpful reaction: something that helps solve the problem, makes the situation better, prevent conflict from getting worse.

Harmful reaction: causes the problem to continue, makes the situation worse, gets you in trouble.
