Silent task (5 min)

1. Open your notebook.

2. Write down some words you remember from yesterday lesson around the emergency topic.

3. What is a European Emergency number? 

4. What phrases can you use to calm someone down in an emergency?

Pair work (15 min)

Where: your book, ex. 11 (a, b, c, d), page 80-81

Task: You need to role play an accident with your classmate.

      Student A plays the caller, Student B plays the 911 operator.

Step 1: Write down the phrases in English first. 

Step 2: Act out the conversation with your pair.
