22C Example key:
Hi ......, (invent a name)
In response to your main question, I think aesthetics is second to function, so in that sense, I don’t agree with you. I think it has to be or we would all have Dell Jukeboxes instead of Ipods. I would say the Ipod sells because it’s so easy to use and the fact that it looks amazing only adds to the quality of it.

Slide 23 - Diapositive

23C: taking notes (example)
He contradicts himself by saying that phones are examples of style over substance when their technology has been developed immensely. I think in part he’s right, considering that the new features of the iPhone X have been implemented in older phones, but it was still received popularly. On the whole though, consumers want new technological features. It points to a diverse market, with different consumers who value a lot of different things.

23D Example key:
Hi Diego,
In response to your questions, I think aesthetics and design are equally important when it comes to function, so in that sense, I don’t agree with you. I think it has to be or we would all have cell phones the size of portable refrigerators instead of the current Iphones, Samsungs or Huaweis. I would say the current models sell because they’re so easy to use and the fact that they look amazing only adds their quality. Besides, cell phones have become so common to use that designers release a new model only when they are certain it will be successful. And it is the customer who decides whether to buy it or not!
