Fill in the correct form of the irregular verb

There are 3 irregular verb forms:

WHEN and HOW to use the past simple 

past simple: When something happened in the past and it is finished.     

   

                          yesterday/ last ...../ .....ago / in 2013    

went                I went to London last year.  

bought           Sam bought  a new car two years ago.

WHEN to use the past participle:

The past participle is used with have or has to make the present perfect: 

have/has + past participle 

When something started in the past and is still going on or has never happened.

since...... 9 o'clock / February / 2001                           can be used

for...... 3 days / 5 months / 10 years 

lost                I have lost my keys.

been             Sam has been gone for 2 hours.       

written         I have never written an email in French.         

Peter ...... his homework yesterday.
