Modals: Deduction and Probability
Modals of probability, also called modals of deduction and speculation, are used when we want to make a guess about something
Different modals of probability can be used depending on how sure we are about a present situation. 
The most commonly used modals of probability are:
may, might, will, must, can't.

We use:

may/might: when we think something is possible. 
must/can't: when we are sure about something, and we have evidence to base this view on. 
will/won't: when we feel certain about something.
