Addiction means

Addiction means you can not do without something. This may be a fysical something or a more a spiritual dependency. You need soemthing all the time and when you dont get it you will feel sick

What things can you think of?

Addiction can be both Online and offline...

When you are not in a good flow

1: When you start to be more online than you plan

2: Not being happy when you are offline

3:WHen internetting prevents seeing friends

4: You want to stop but can't

You are in a good flow when:

1: Noboday complaints that you should be more offline

2: You can easily stop your online sessions

3: You spend time with friends and parents

4: You are sleeping well

Game addiction:

You all use, tablets, phones, pc's. You all make contact with friends, spend time Online.

It is hard and difficult to regognize addiction...

Changes are that when you drink Energy Drinks you will sleep bad from taking :

1. One Can
2. 2 Cans
3. 3 Cans
4. No change at all
