Tips for more focus
1: A neat and tidy workspace

Focus is easier to get when everything is tidy. Being able to find back your stuff wherever and whenever.

Specifically to work is easier if you know why you do it. Make goals for yourself and be able to reach them!

Focus can only occur if you order what to do for yourself. You can do so with planners, or a to do list!

It is important to take rest whenever working hard. Multiple options can be used:
- 20-2 rule: with digital screens, 20 min work, 2 min other things!
- Work per task and do each thing in an appropriate time slot.

If you get easily distracted, put them out of sight! In your pocket or somewhere in arms reach doesn't help.
