Some info:
  • one-syllable adjectives with either -er OR -est
  • BUT!
  • What about two-syllable adjectives ending in: -le, -er, -ow, -y? (leerowy)
  • Know any?
  • Words like: nimble, clever, narrow, happy
  • Write down the Comparative and Superlative of these words!

  • with more or most instead of -er OR -est 
  • Example words:
  • Beautiful, more beautiful, most beautiful
  • Dangerous, more dangerous, most dangerous
  • Expensive, more expensive, most expensive
  • Succesful, more succesful, most succesful

  • Write down 20 adjectives in total
  • 5 regular adjectives (that will have -er OR -est like tall/dark)
  • 5 adjectives ending in:  -le, -er, -ow, -y. (leerowy) 
  • 5 three-syllable adjectives: which uses more/most
  • 5 own choice adjectives
  • Write down the adjective - comparative - superlative!
