Wat gaan we deze les doen?

Deze les gaan wij samen alle vormen van de past simple leren te gebruiken. 

Je bent vrij om individueel te werken. Kun je mij van elk stukje (+), (-), (?) tien goede antwoorden laten zien, mag je de woordjes leren op bladzijde 80 van je boek. (Tip: Studygo.com)

Past simple

We gebruiken de past simple om aan te geven dat iets in het verleden is gebeurt. 

- He played the guitar a lot when he was younger

- He got defeated by a 9-year-old at Fortnite

Past simple

Voor regelmatige werkwoorden plakken we -ed achter het werkwoord. Play>played, defeat>defeated.

- He played the guitar a lot when he was younger

- He got defeated by a 9-year-old at Fortnite

Past simple

Eindigt het werkwoord op een medeklinker+-y? Dan verandert de y in -ie.

To try>tried

To play>played

Eindigt het werkwoord op een e? Dan plak je er alleen een d achter. 

To like > liked

Past simple

Vaak kun je een zin ook in de verleden tijd zetten door het werkwoord 'to be' te gebruiken.

I was very proud of my Victory Royale.

You were very proud of your Victory Royale.

He/She/It was very proud of his/her/its Victory Royale.

We were very proud of our Victory Royale.

You were very proud of your Victory Royale.

They were very proud of their Victory Royale.
