Townships are growing fast, because new migrants are arriving every day. They build their own homes > shanty towns

Integration is found in neighbourhoods where white, black and mixed-race people live together

There is a new group that is fast-growing: the black diamonds

> middle class with good jobs and good incomes

- Some can afford it to buy an house in former white neighbourhoods

- Some stay in the townships, they are attached to this neighbourhoods
