How to find the topic in a video
In a video the main topic is very often introduced in one of the first sentences. So always listen well to the first minute of a video to find out what it's about.
If you know the topic of the video, you can take it a step further and look for the message and main points in a video.
Ask yourself these Wh-questions to find the main points:
What is it about?
Who is telling me this?
Where and when does it take place?
You can now ask the how- and why-questions:
How are they doing it?
Why is this happening?
