Imperative (herhaling)

The imperative

In Dutch: Gebiedende wijs. 

Je vertelt iemand dat ze iets moeten doen,

zonder te beginnen met de persoon. 

Je begint dus meteen met de actie. 

Go left. Open the window. Cross the street. Close your books. 

Don't go to the roundabout. Don't cheat on your test. 

Present simple

Schrijf mee met de uitleg op het whiteboard.

• Can / could / should / have to    (/ must)

• Can/could = kunnen/mogen
  Can/Could you give me a higher grade, please?
  Kunt / Mag u me alstublieft een hoger cijfer geven?

• Should = advies geven
  We should study for the test together!
  We zouden samen voor de toets moeten leren!

• Have to = moeten
  You have to be careful on your bike!
  Je moet voorzichtig zijn op je fiets!

• Must = moeten (x2)
  You must be careful balancing a rope!
  Je moet voorzichtig doen met touwlopen!

Flyer explained

Goal: You can write and create a flyer about steps to take in an accident in familiar situations. And you write about giving First Aid in such a situation.

So, what are you going to do?

- Write a flyer about an accident and what to do;

- About a situation you know;

- At least 5/7 steps or tips;

- With pictures and images;

- Using the correct grammar;

- Three classes, then hand it in.

Ga nu bezig met je flyer

• Besluit over welke situatie je gaat schrijven en begin;
• Beschrijf de situatie. Welke stappen moet je nu zetten?;
• Kom je er niet uit? Overleg eerst en kom dan bij mij!;
• Twee lessen (volgende les = af);
• Op papier/in Word/in Canva, etc. (inleveren op papier).
