Als iets in het verleden is begonnen en nu nog bezig is.

I have lived in Canterbury since 2010.  

She has never been to Brighton.

Present Perfect vs Past simple

Past simple = in het verleden gebeurd en afgelopen

signaalwoorden: yesterday, last night, 3 days ago, in 1066, ….

ww + ed of 2e rij o.w.w.

Present Perfect: in het verleden begonnen en gaat nu nog door.

Signaalwoorden: since, for, never, ever, Always, already, (for) how long, lately.

have/has + voltooid deelwoord (= ww+ed of 3e rij oww)
