Add 100g diced butter and rub in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
Wrap in cling film and chill while preparing the filling.
Sift 225g plain flour into a large bowl,
Stir in a pinch of salt, then add 2-3 tbsp water and mix to a firm dough.
Knead the dough briefly and gently on a floured surface.

What do the verbs in the instructions have in common?

- they use the whole verb: 
    - stir in the sherry
    - slice off a piece of bread
    - give me my phone

1. While you are out, I would like you to do me a favour
2. on the way home, go to the shop for me
3. Could you buy me a loaf of bread and some milk?
4. I will need it before six o'clock

- Think of your favourite recipe
- Write instructions for your recipe (10-15 mins)
- Use preparation techniques
- Use "commands" 
- Don't write the name of your recipe above the instructions
