Since I (to be) seven years old, I (to want) to be a doctor.

Slide 4 - Quizvraag

Explanation:
Since that moment (the age of 7, which is in the past - 'finished time'), this person 'has wanted' to be a doctor.

Dat moment is in het verleden (past simple), maar de persoon wil nog steeds arts worden (present perfect)

Explanation:
When they heard = een moment in het verleden (staat ook in de past simple) --> they felt

Daarvoor is nog iets anders gebeurd.
