I understand how to use Indirect Speech (indirecte rede) in English. 

I can rewrite a sentence from Direct Speech into Indirect Speech correctly.

We have trained in the pouring rain!

Tomorrow I am going to buy those sneaker.

I will postpone that grammar test.

Direct + indirect speech 

Indirect speech usually start with:
