Our Goals are:
Today we will:
See how far we are in preperation for the test
Practice our vocab
Practice our Grammar
                                                               So we can:
Receive feedback and know what we need to work on
Get help where we need it
                                                               Prepare for our test
We will know we have it when:
We know exactly what we have to practice, finish and learn this week
We’ve asked questions
We know what to do in order to prepare for the test.

Slide 4 - Tekstslide

Work time: 30 minutes
Form three groups:
Row 1: "I know it, don't need anything". Prove it. Do the Test Jezelf and Versterk Jezelf on your own, in silence. Do not disturb others (or the teacher) Show me the results.

Row 2: "I don't know it all, but I can figure it out by watching the videos on www.engelsacademie.nl and taking notes. I can check if I understand it by then doing the Test Jezelf and Versterk Jezelf after that."

Row 3: "I really don't get it, and would like the teacher to explain it to me. After that I can do the Test Jezelf and Versterk Jezelf to check and see if I've got it."

Practice time: Writing: 15 min

Review: The Fast Players at the Royal Concert Hall
The Fast Players came to the Royal Concert Hall last night to promote their latest album, Fly Like An Eagle. They burst onto the stage and opened with Nightmare, their famous hit single. (1)                       , there were some sound problems that were only solved by the time the band played the final (2)                of the song. (3)                 , the stage lighting began to flicker. As a result, the crowd's (4)                      was noticeably faltering; people stopped singing along and began to complain. Axel, the lead singer, stopped the performance to (5)                     . He said: ‘I hope you will (6)                     us the bad start to the show. We seem to be having some technical difficulties.’ He then managed to entertain the audience with some very funny jokes. When the band picked up their instruments again, all technical problems had been solved.
The Fast Players (7)                           played songs from their latest album, but they also performed a number of all-time classics, like The Beach and The Way You Are. The show was very energetic. The band moved and danced constantly throughout the show and there was never a (8)                            moment.
