Terms of service

Future tense I

Used to indicate things that will happen. Voor dingen die gaan gebeuren. Present simple future.

"I eat cereal for breakfast tomorrow."

"The clown makes you laugh this afternoon."

Hoe maak ik de Future simple tense?

1. Met will
2. met een signaalwoord en de present simple.
3. met going to
4. dit bestaat niet.

Future tense II

Gebruikt voor:

Offers, promises and predictions in combinatie met WILL/SHALL

"I will help you at the end of the day"

"We shall finish your work."

"The woman in black will probably win the lottery"

Voor welke drie mogelijkheden gebruik ik will/shall

1. Promises
2. offers
3. future simple tense
4. predictions

Future tense III

Is er een plan al zwart op wit (vast)? dan gebruiken we de present continuous future:

Present continuous future

am/are/is + verb+ing + signaal woord

Me and the dudes are eating out tonight.

Maak een zin met de future continuous tense:

Noem de drie nieuwe quantifiers.

Make a sentence using the picture. It must contain a quantifier.

Quantifiers

Een klein beetje:

- A little = uncountable

- a few = countable

Can I have a little juice?

Can I get a few apples for my pie?
