Should (not) + hele werkwoord > als jij vindt dat iets wel (of niet) zou moeten. 

Je wilt bijvoorbeeld advies geven of iets afraden.

vb: We should recycle more products.

         Susan shouldn't go to bed so late.

Je gebruikt has to / have to + het hele werkwoord om te zeggen dat iets moet van iemand anders. 

vb: it's important. You have to  listen carefully. 

Je gebruikt doesn't have/ don't have om te zeggen dat iets niet hoeft. 

vb: My parents don't have to work tomorrow.
