The present simple

Ik leg nu iets in het Nederlands uit. Waarschijnlijk heb je bij de video een paar foutjes gemaakt en dat is logisch want je hebt van mij nog helemaal geen uitleg gekregen over hoe je een werkwoord in de tegenwoordige tijd (the present simple)  vervoegd. Kijk naar de volgende dia.

Hoe ziet de present simple eruit?

I (ik) - you (jij/u/jullie) - we (wij) - they (zij meervoud) = het gewone werkwoord, het hele werkwoord. Er is maar één vorm voor deze 4 personen.

• I eat a pear - you eat a pear - we eat a pear - they eat a pear
  
• I brush my teeth - you brush your teeth - we brush our teeth - they brush their teeth
• I kiss my mum - you kiss your mum - we kiss out mum - they kiss their mum
• I go to school - you go to school - we go to school - they go to school
• I do my homework - you do your homework - we do our homework - they do their homework
• I study hard - you study hard - we study hard - they study hard
• I have a dog - you have a dog - we have a dog - they have a dog

he (hij) - she (zij enkelvoud) - it (het) meestal komt erachter het gewone hele werkwoord een S achter, soms ES of IES. Ik ga jullie nu niet uitleggen waarom, maar als je goed kijkt dan kom je er misschien wel achter. It = voor dingen maar ook voor dieren. 

• he eats a pear - she eats a pear - it eats a pear (bijvoorbeeld it = the rabbit) 
  
• he brushes his teeth - she brushes her teeth - it brushes its paw (poot)
• he kisses his mum - she kisses her mum - it kisses its mum 
• he goes to school - she goes to school - it goes away
• he does his homework - she does her homework - it does nothing 
• he studies hard - she studies  hard - it studies its tail
• he has a dog - she has a dog - it has a long tail
