What is a sprint?
  • A sprint consists of:
  • Sprint Planning meeting
  • Stand-up, 5 min at the start of each lesson
  • Work: assignments and tasks
  • Sprint Review (hand-in assignments/ do test)

Scrum at school
  • Teams of 3/4 people
  • Team members must be in the same day-group (A, B or C)
  • Different qualities in a team
  • Short Sprints each a few lessons

Role scrum master
  • Organises who does what task
  • Leads the team meetings at school or via meet
  • Creates meet links if needed
  • Hands in the work on behalf of the team
  • Talks to the teacher on behalf of the group

Getting organised: DRIVE
  • make a new folder in your bio drive folder called booklet 3
  • think of a name for your team
  • one person in the team make an extra folder called "team-class-name"
  • Make all team members editor to the folder and the teacher.
  • In this folder make 4 new folders, sprint 1 etc.

  • everyone click this link.
  • sign up for free with your school e-mail account.
  • the assistant creates a team (top right plus sign)
  • add your team members and the teacher to the team.
