When to use which: Ask yourself the following questions: 
Is it alive or related to time? 
Yes >  's / '     (people, animals & time)
 No> of  (objects, locations)

Is it plural (meervoud) and it ends with a s?
> Yes, then add ' afterwards
E.g. The boys' changing room.

Is it singular (enkelvoud)? > Yes then add 's
