Rich and Poor

Thanks to flourisihing trade 

We call the 17th century the Golden Age. 

For a very small group of wealthy families their power only grew.  

At the bottom of the social strata you had the poor. People without permanent work, the sick and elderly.

People came from the outside to the rich province of Holland
