2. PARAPHRASING: Herformuleren van meer specifieke punten op een manier die dichter bij hoe de auteur schreef, en met vermelding van de auteur krediet.
3. DIRECT QUOTES: Enkele exacte woorden van de auteur overnemen, maar ze tussen aanhalingstekens plaatsen en de auteur de eer geven.
