What is the purpose of the presentation?
To show the listener in your own words that you
understand the book (its storyline)
What should you use in your presentation?

What to do
Use the printed handout (rubric). The Emotions chart and Moodboard can be seen on the beamer
Go through the rubric, step by step, and decide how many points Hannah should get for each of the criteria
Do this on your own first (2 minutes)
Then compare and discuss with your classmate (in English!)
Be ready to share your points & feedback on the next slides

0: Student doesn’t communicate the full storyline. Doesn’t grab the viewers’ attention at all.

1: Student describes the main points of the story but quickly loses viewers’ attention (monotone)

2: Student explains the storyline well but doesn’t really go into detail. Keeps the viewers’ attention.

3: Student can explain the storyline enthusiastically and grabs the viewers’ attention. Makes them want to read the book.
