Je werkt aan de balie van een groothandel in interieurartikelen in Amersfoort en ontvangt een Engelse klant.
De klant (persoon A) wilt graag een bestelling ophalen. De bestelling is vertraagd. Je (persoon B) moet kijken waar de bestelling ligt en een oplossing zoeken voor de klant. De klant is geïrriteerd en wilt zsm haar/zijn bestelling krijgen. Je moet uitleggen waarom de bestelling vertraagd is en wanneer zij/hij het gaat ontvangen.
