Part 1: Future

You use to be + (not) going to + the infinitive form of the (main) verb when you want to say that someone has plans for the future.

Mike is going to order the fish.

We​​'​re going to go out for dinner.

I​​'​m not going to cook tonight.

Part 2 demonstrative pronouns

The words this, that, these and those are used when you talk about specific things or people. 

This pear right here is yellow and that pear is green.

These people right here are listening and those people across the room are not.
