= lijdend/meewerkend voorwerp & hele werkwoord

Na ww die een WENS / BEVEL uitdrukken: to + ww.

• I told the dog to sit.
• She would like her to do the groceries.
• The teacher asked them to be quiet.
• My boss expected his employees to work hard.

Deze werkwoorden zijn: 

ask, expect, mean, order, tell, warn, would like, would love.

Grammar 12 Object plus infinitive

lijdend/meewerkend voorwerp & hele werkwoord

Na let, make en ww die een waarneming met je zintuigen aangeven: ww - zonder 'to'. (Dit doe je vaak vanzelf al goed, want anders klinkt het raar!)

Tom let me use his phone. (dus niet: Tom let me to use his phone.)

He makes me feel terrible.

They heard him come home after the party.

I saw you steal that necklace.

We felt the air turn cold.

Ask them ....(warn) us in time.

I'd advise you ....(wait) for the doctor.

We heard the car ....(stop) in front of the house.

Please remind me ....(pay) that fine!
