I know what a graphic novel is and how to read one

I can share 3 facts about the graphic novel, story and the author or that relates to the time the book was published

Reading journal
What: fold the paper you've been given so you have like a little booklet.
Write the following things on the front:
- Reading Journal
- Your name

At the front of the class is all kinds of paper, tape and so on. At the very least staple or tape several papers in your journal for notes.  
Feel free to make it as a simple, pretty or basic as you like. It's yours and to use for the following:
- Take notes during reading
- Write down difficult words you come across + the meaning
- Your opinion on what you've read so far
- Things that catch your attention 

> At the end of class submit your journal at your teachers desk

You may have heard of comics and graphic novels, online comics and so on. If you're not that familiar with graphic novels and comics you might think they're all the same right?
It's just text and an image, right?

Maybe you've drawn comics as a child and maybe you still do (because it's fun!). Even so, there's actually a lot to take in account when it comes to making a graphic novel, even just one page.
