Future perfect & Future continuous

1. When I'm 30 years old, I will be living in New York (future continuous). Tony will be running a marathon this Friday.

Will + be+-ing form

2. By the time you read this I will have left. (future perfect)

3 .Will you have eaten when I pick you up? (future perfect)

If you call me in the morning, I will be late for work 

Try this: Can/could/might/1st conditional

You see 2 sentences. Finish the second sentence using the information from the first sentence. 

Be careful on that bike

you/could/easily /fall/ and hurt yourself

Be careful on that bike, you might easily fall and hurt yourself

If you are not careful on that bike, you will fall off and hurt yourself  (1st conditional)

Be careful on that bike! you can fall off and hurt yourself

UNIT 4  (after the test week)

Second conditional

It is used to imagine present or future situations that are impossible or unlikely.

 if + past simple >> + would/would + infinitive

1. If we had a garden, we could have a cat.
   
2. If I won a lot of money, I would buy a big house in the country.
   
3. I wouldn't worry if I were you./ If I were you, I wouldn't worry
