Describe in your own words: During this unit students will explore why friends are important to us. Friendship is fundamental because friends are like a family that we ourselves have chosen. They are a good support network in our lives and they can sometimes understand aspects of our life or behaviour that our own family does not.

Describe in your own words: The way we connect with others often depends on context and sometimes we need to adapt our message to demonstrate our identities and relationships.
