Wanneer gebruik je de second conditional ook weer?

Example:

If you had a million euros, what would you buy?

(gaat het dan ook echt gebeuren?)

Second conditional (p. 250):

1. De kans is (heel) groot dat het niet echt gaat gebeuren.

2. Je maakt 'm met if + past simple en would + hele werkwoord

Second conditional:

Examples:

If I had more time, I would take up another sport.

If you became famous, what would you do?

Second conditional:

Let op!

1. Gebruik nooit 2 keer 'would' in 1 zin.

2. Gebruik would in de hoofdzin, niet in het if-gedeelte.

3. Bij een vorm van 'to be' in het if-gedeelte gebruik je 'were' ipv 'was' (Bijv.: If I were you, I wouldn't do that)
