"What is the mirroring process?"

Mirroring process
  • Mirroring is the behaviour in which one person subconsciously imitates the gesture, speech pattern, or attitude of another. 
  • A non-verbal way to show empathy.
  • It signals that we are connected to that person in some way. 
  • Mirroring is a sign of comfort and trust.
