Telephone conversation about advertising for a London museum in the next issue of a magazine

Student A, asks about pricing etc.

Student B, gives information about pricing etc.

How do you start a formal telephone conversation?

What are things you would ask to get information about pricing or making a deal?

Exercise 1

Listen to me and write down. 

Exercise 2

Think of 2 names, 2 addresses, 2 dates

Spell them

The other person writes them down

Exercise 3

Spelling race

Divide the class in half

One member of each team comes to the board and writes down the spelling/numbers as dictated

When spelling is correct, other team member takes a turn

If not, same person stays

When every team member has had 3 turns = the winner.
