Give your opinion about the video's. I'll show you the video then you get around 5 min to write down 4 sentences about the video. Use the sentences given in your workbook (page 84-87, 93, 102)

Je gebruikt de Present Simple bij:

Als iets altijd, nooit, regelmatig of een feit is. 

Signaalwoorden:

Always, usually, never, every, etc. 

Shit-regel 

Present simple
He never ..... (to call)his mum.

Present simple
It ....... (to start) in 10 minutes.

When do we use it?

present continuous

The present continuous tells us what's happening NOW - AT THE MOMENT - THIS EVENING / THIS WEEK / THIS SUMMER.

You use a form of to BE (am - is -are) + verb + ing.

Example: You are reading this slide now.

Present Continuous:
Welke zin staat in the present continuous?

1. He was working late.
2. He is working late.
3. He are working late.
4. He works late.

Present continuous:
Welke zin is correct in the present continuous?

1. We are eating lunch at the cafeteria.
2. They is eating lunch at the cafeteria before.
3. She eats lunch at the cafeteria.
4. He is eats lunch at the cafeteria.

Present continuous

1. aan te geven dat iets NU aan de gang is. Signaalwoorden zijn o.a: "now, at the moment, listen..." enz.

2. aan te geven dat je iets van plan bent. Meestal staat er bij wanneer je in de toekomst dat van plan bent.

3. irritatie aan te geven

Maak de present continuous door: vorm van 'to be' (am/is/are) + ww+ ing

Susanne is singing right now

Present Continuous:
Pick the present continuous.

1. I am going to be waiting at the crossroads.
2. I was waiting at the crossroads.
3. I am waiting at the crossroads.
4. I will be waiting at the crossroads.

Present Continuous:

Welke zin staat in de Present Continuous?

1. David takes a shower at the moment.
2. David is taking a shower at the moment.
3. David are taking a shower at the moment.
4. David took a shower at the moment.
