De Present Simple is de Engelse term voor de tegenwoordige tijd (o.t.t.)

Ik fiets iedere dag naar school --> I cycle to school every day.
Wij gebruiken vaak onze telefoon --> We often use our phone
Hij speelt tennis op zaterdag --> He plays tennis on Saturdays.

Hoe maak ik de present simple?
De present simple is meestal heel logisch omdat je het hele werkwoord gebruikt bij I, you, we, they kijk maar:

I play football in the weekend
You do your homework after school
We sometimes watch TV in the evening.
The babies cry every day

Spelling bij de SHIT regel
In het woord SHIT zit dus She, He en IT verstopt en krijgen een vorm met de -s maar soms is de spelling -es of -ies. Hoe zit dat?

she --> she swims fast.                            Jane drives slowly
he --> he plays the guitar.                        My sister wishes for a 10.
it --> the airplane flies every day.         His dad watches TV a lot.
