  1. Onrijpe eicellen zitten in eierstok in blaasjes = follikels
  2. De eicel groeit/neemt voedingsstoffen op en het follikel neemt vocht op
  3. Na (±) 14 dagen is follikel zo groot dat het knapt (= ovulatie/ eisprong), de eicel komt nu in de eileider terecht.
