An adjective is used to give more information about a noun.

The place in the sentence is always before the noun

Adverb = bijwoord

An adverb gives information about The How.  It says something about a verb,  another adverb or an adjective.

 Mary sings wonderfully.

My grandparents talk incredibly loudly.

I am eating an amazingly delicious steak!

Come before the word they are linked to
